Delivery

 

The information below is for UK delivery. We also deliver overseas.

1. Delivery

We aim to keep our shipping fees as low as possible, whilst providing insurance for your items in case of any issues with Royal Mail.

 

Standard shipping is by Royal Mail First Class.

 

Orders above £20 (ex.postage) may be sent by trackable Recorded Delivery, orders above £50 may be sent by Special Delivery.

Items will be despatched to the delivery address supplied. We cannot accept liability for goods sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. 

 

2. How long will my items take to arrive? (UK)

We endeavour to despatch items as quickly as possible.

 

• Orders placed by 12 noon Monday - Friday will be despatched same day.

• Orders after 12 noon will be dispatched next working day.

 

Expected delivery time from despatch is - 1-2 working days.

 

If you require items urgently, please contact us at info@mokshatrim.co.uk to arrange for your items to be sent by Special Delivery next day by 1pm. There may be an extra charge for this service.

 

3. My item hasn't arrived. What do I do?

If you have not received your item after 7 working days please contact us at info@mokshatrim.co.uk. 

As we have limited stock and items are not repeatable, we cannot guarantee that we can replace items lost in delivery. 

 

4. Can I return items?  

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem that we can rectify please contact us at info@mokshatrim.co.uk. 

You may return your item in it's original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund.

 

Buyer must pay for return delivery. Return delivery charges or initial postage will not be refunded.

Goods that have been cut, washed or processed by the purchaser will be deemed to have been accepted by the purchaser.
