Returns process

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem that we can rectify, please contact us at mokshatrim@gmail.com. 

Your item must be:

 

• In it's original condition (goods that have been cut, washed or processed by the purchaser will be deemed to have been accepted by the purchaser).

   

• Returned within 14 days of receipt of your order.

 

Please follow the steps below to return items.

 

1. Contact us at mokshatrim@gmail.com with your order details to confirm that you wish to return your items and that they are in their original condition. This ensures we can process your refund as quickly as possible.

2. We will send you a returns form.

3. Parcel up your items securely including the completed returns form.

4. Take your parcel to your local Post Office for return. Buyer must pay for return delivery. Return delivery charges will not be refunded.

5. Obtain an appropriate Proof of Postage when posting.

6. Ensure you retain your proof of postage in case there is any problem with us receiving the item. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in the post.

7. Once we receive your items back we will be in touch to confirm your refund/exchange has been actioned.
