1. Acceptance of "Terms and Conditions"

These terms and conditions apply to your purchase of ALL goods (the "Goods") from Mokshatrim. The Goods are provided by Mokshatrim (trading on behalf of Moksha) and these terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between us (Mokshatrim) and you (the Customer). Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is given when you purchase the Goods from us.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which the Goods are provided. Any such change in terms and conditions will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on the Mokshatrim.co.uk website.

We will not be responsible for the performance of any obligations under these terms and conditions in the case of an event outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, failures of third party systems or networks, acts of god, fire, earthquake, storm, flood or other natural disaster, deliberate sabotage or malicious damage to equipment or data or for damage to or destruction of premises or equipment.

2. Description of goods

We endeavour to ensure that all information on mokshatrim.co.uk, inclusding descriptions of our Goods and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times. However, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve any errors as soon as reasonably possible, and if we think that such an error has affected your purchase of Goods we will try to let you know.

However the photographs, which illustrate the Goods, should only be considered an approximation.

In particular you acknowledge that:

  • the COLOURS of the goods may vary from the images.

  • All sizes and measurements are approximate.

3. Stock availability

In most cases we have limited stock of each individual item and unfortunately most of our items are not repeatable

Items may also be sold elsewhere and though we endeavour to maintain accurate stock levels, this may not always be possible.

In cases where stock is not available to satisfy an order, we will contact you and all payments will be refunded in full.

4. Purchasing Goods and Payment

Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase the Goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Please note information about Stock Availability above.

We only accept payment via Paypal.

An offer made by you to purchase the Goods shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when your purchase has been acknowledged directly by Mokshatrim via a confirmation email. This is not when you receive a confirmation of payment from Paypal.

Please be advised that once an item has been purchased we will require immediate payment. Items will not be processed or despatched until payment has been received.

In cases where stock is not available to satisfy an order, we will contact you and all payments will be refunded in full.

5. International Orders

Moksha takes no responsibility for any taxes/duty or fees applied on orders. Any fees/tax/duty are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Non receipt of items

Items will not be deemed to have been lost in the post unless the item have not been received after 10 working days As we have limited stock and items are not repeatable, we cannot guarantee that we can replace items lost in delivery.

7. Refunds

Goods may only be returned if they are in their original condition. Goods that have been cut, washed or processed by the purchaser will be deemed to have been accepted by the purchaser.

You may return your item in it's original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. The buyer must pay for return delivery.

The purchaser must contact Mokshatrim prior to return and obtain a Proof of Postage when posting. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are damaged or lost in the post.

Mokshatrim is a trading name for Moksha (sole trader). Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the sale and purchase of Goods. They may only be varied where separately agreed in writing by both parties.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions shall be unaffected.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for the determination of disputes.
